Finally, something we’ve been working on for a while has been submitted.
What we’ve developed is a photolithography approach to making interesting structures with curvy and pointy surfaces. These are great for controlling the plasmonic density of states in a metal layer, or controlling the morphology of a surface exposed to some biomolecules. While other tools exist to do this, ours is a one-shot exposure with conventional (i-line) optical steppers.
